La Cara Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

  1. General Terms

By booking or purchasing any treatments, packages, or products from La Cara Aesthetics, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, so we recommend reviewing them regularly.

  1. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. Please ensure you understand the commitment before making a purchase.

  1. Package Validity

All treatment packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining sessions will expire and cannot be extended or transferred to another person. To make full use of your package, please book your appointments in advance.

  1. No-Show Policy

Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. In this case, a £30 deposit will be required to book a future appointment, which will be refunded on the day of treatment or carried over to the next appointment. To avoid this fee, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

  1. Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a No-Show (see policy above).
  • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee availability if you miss your scheduled time.
  1. Loyalty Points
  • Loyalty points cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Points can only be redeemed for eligible services and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Points are not applicable to treatments carried out by third-party practitioners.
  1. Liability

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by La Cara Aesthetics. We are not responsible for any complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment guidance.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit La Cara Aesthetics’ liability for personal injury or negligence.

  1. Complaints Policy

At La Cara Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional care and ensure all clients are treated with respect and professionalism. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, you are entitled to lodge a complaint.

  • The best way to resolve concerns is to speak with Jac Sherwood or a member of our team immediately after your treatment.
  • Complaints should normally be raised within 6 months of the incident. We may investigate concerns up to 12 months if there is a fair and reasonable cause for the delay.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
